About Me
I’m Randi Crawford, life coach, speaker, and soon-to-be author of The Pickleball Parenting Playbook, because parenting and pickleball have more in common than I ever expected.
I started my career co-founding a women’s healthcare company and working with doctors, including Deepak Chopra, to help midlife women feel less overwhelmed and more in control. Then I had two kids and boom, pivoted to full-time stay-at-home mom.
Eventually, I found my way back to working with women in a different way. I wrote a parenting column (Rant with Randi), took a joy-fueled detour as a stylist at Anthropologie, and discovered that what lights me up most is helping women feel seen, confident, and just a little less like they’re losing their minds.
Now, I coach parents, especially moms, and their daughters through the chaos of growing up and letting go. I give talks that blend tough love with grace, and I use real-life stories and a few pickleball metaphors to help people shift from panic to perspective.
Yes, I play a lot of pickleball. And yes, I once thought I’d crush the sweet older ladies with knee braces, but they schooled me on the art of placement over power. The court became my classroom, and the game became my method, because just like parenting, pickleball is all about staying present, moving your feet, and not taking the bait every time the ball comes flying at your body.
